Sweet & savory roasted dates stuffed with chevre

Candied bacon with maple chili crisp

Grilled shrimp cocktail with chili cocktail sauce

Cream of wild mushroom soup

Wild organic arugula salad – candied pecans, green apples, dates, Spanish Manchego cheese, creamy poppyseed vinaigrette

Butternut Squash Ravioli

 roasted butternut squash, Spanish Manchego cheese, candied pecans, fried sage and brown butter – vegetarian

Salmon

lemon glazed, snow peas, cherry tomato, and mint, over lemony orzo and white bean salad

Duck

duck breast, double baked sweet potato, lusty monk creole mustard brussels w/ bacon, cherry relish

Beef

 6oz hand cut filet mignon, fried smoked gouda mac and cheese cake, wilted spinach, red onion jam, blue cheese fondue, demi glace

 

Pork chop

sea island red peas, long grain rice, smoked tomato broth, green onions

Chocolate torte with raspberry Chambord sauce – GF
